Robert W. Terrell, 80, of Lumberton, Texas, passed away on December 28, 2022, in Beaumont.

Born in Beaumont, Texas, on July 23, 1942, he was the son of K.L. “Buddy” Franks and Edwina Franks. Robert served in the Navy. He retired from the Local 22 Insulators and Allied Workers. Robert enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was truly loved and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, K.L. “Buddy” Franks, and Edwina Franks; brothers Claude Terrell, Glen Franks, Douglas Franks, and Kenny Franks; daughter, Terry Lynn Terrell; and sons Robbie Terrell and Jr Goins.

He is survived by his sister Jackie Laporte; brother Edwin Franks; kids John Joslin III, Keenan Hoyt and Tommy Ailstock, Girlie Denby, Mary Goins and Jody Key; numerous nieces, nephews, and grandkids.

Cremation will be held under the direction of Claybar Kelley-Watkins in Beaumont.
