Obituary

Juanita V. ?Nita? Thibodeaux, 82, died, Tuesday, June 12, 2007 in Orange.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 15, 2007 at Orange Forest Lawn Cemetery in Orange. Officiating will be Wayne McQuinn of Odyssey Hospice.

A visitation will be held Thursday, June 14, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Mrs. Thibodeaux was born May 31, 1925, to Ruler Gum and Laura Archer Baldwin. She worked as a financial manager for ITT Financial Services. Mrs. Thibodeaux was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Stanley Cotton and her second husband, Ray J. Thibodeaux.

Mrs. Thibodeaux is survived by her sons; Mike Cotton of Orange, Jerry D. Cotton and wife Judy of Cedar Hill, TX, and her daughter Kay Faulk and husband Eddie also of Orange.

She is also survived by her grandchildren; Mark Foreman, Amy Foreman both of Orange, Micah Cotton of Cedar Hill, great-grandchildren; Kirsten Foreman, Stephen Tramel, Kelsey Tramel, Jennifer Foreman, Emily Foreman, and Alyssa Foreman, her brothers; Roscoe and Graydon Baldwin, and her sister, Gwenda Dunkle.

How sorry I am about Aunt Nita's death. She was so sweet and always too good to me when I was young. My Uncle Ray was my favorite, my mother's brother. I just want to tell you all how sorry I am to hear of Aunt Nita's passing. I understand she had been sick for a while...so now she is resting peacefully.
