So sorry to learn of Joey's passing. I lived on the same street as Joey and went to Assumption and played baseball with him. I remember that he would often run around the neighborhood training for sports and I would look up to his incredible strength and endurance. He was quite an athlete. -Tom Newton

Isaiah 40:29-31 He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. I pray for my family through this time of mourning, but I rejoice that he is no longer in pain, no longer suffering. I shared this scripture because it says He gives power to the weak and I believe our Father kept little Joe from suffering more and lifted little Joe like eagles wings to Heaven.
