Doris Bolton Bohler

Doris Bolton Bohler, born in Jacksonville, Texas on June 7, 1929, departed us to be with her Heavenly Father on May 9, 2022. She was 92 years of age.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Bernice Bolton; twin brother, Morris (Bo) Bolton; brother, Joe Bolton; husband, John H. Bohler; and son, John A. Bohler.

She is survived by her children, Melvin Bohler and wife Jan, Nelda Shaw, Jerry Bohler and wife Carol, Larry Bohler, and Carolyn Kimberly and husband Tim; brother, Wayne Bolton and wife Sylvia; sisters, Ann Southwell, Sue Ezell and husband Shannon, Judy Watson and husband Richard, Faye Thomason and husband Johnny, and Kay Spittler and husband Larry; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Doris was retired from Baptist Hospital in Beaumont as a registered nurse.

A visitation will be held at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2022.

An additional service and burial in Jacksonville, Texas under the direction of Autry Funeral Home to be announced.
